1 Module every two weeks. First week for the module you write a 500-1000 word essay individually. Second week you complete a group presentation with teammates of 3(assigned). One assignment per week(way better than MBA 2002). However every essay/assignment has to be related to transpersonal psychology, to the point that you are just making up stuff to complete the assignment and everybody seems to be writing the same information over and over again. But overall course load is pretty manageable. |

100% online and asynchronous.
Pros:
- Subject matter is fun, and it is interesting seeing other classmates share about businesses they are interested in.
- Weekly discussion assignment are reasonable.
Cons:
- Final project deliverable requires a lot of time to complete. Even though she claims the weekly assignments build towards the final deliverable, what you submit weekly is only a small part of the final paper.
- Grading based on "number of replies" in discussion post, and does not necessarily account for the quality (e.g. if you commented on 2 but substantially, vs. 3 rather basic replies, the latter may score higher).
- Lectures are low-quality and outdated. But generally easy to understand. |
